Porn - This category is designed for visitors over 18 years of age.  These sites must be in lines with government regulations and must have a proper AVS (age verification system) in place to be listed.

1) Member sites may not contain content including but not limited to pirated software (warez), hacking, illegal files, racism or other hate literature.

2) Multiple accounts are allowed as long as each sites are on different domains.  One account per domain.

3) Banners can't exceed 8k and 88x31 pixels.  Oversized banner will be removed.

4) Using pop ups to generate votes hits IN is allowed.  Remember though, NaughtyFiles.net is pop up FREE for a reason, pop ups are annoying as hell to all our visitors!

5) The voting code must be visible on the URL you have signed up for. If it is not on that URL, it is hard for us to tell where the votes are coming from. We will then be forced to remove your account without notice.

6) Cheating is strictly prohibited.  Any site that is found attempting to use artificial means to generate hits in will be removed without warning and may be banned permanently.

7) Forced Voting is not encouraged and if we notice you are using this means of sending in votes, your account will be suspended.

8) Spam of all kinds is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited bulk email, newsgroup postings, IRC and ICQ.

9) By adding your site, you agree that we reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any members site, for any reason, and although we normally will explain our actions, we are under no obligation to do so.  These rules are subject to change at any time.
