There is no 'l' at the end of pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosesl.
It should be spelt pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconioses. 46 letters.

I find myself using this word regularly when people ask how I am. It amazes and bores them at the same time.

Google found 2040 references to it. Google is amazing.
