Hi, i was going to add a small bit in another post about the dandelion, but it has way too many uses to have a small bit in anything.
Dandelion has many uses, the
wiki version covers a fair bit as well. but to truly find information on a plant
botanical information is usually the best.
there is good information on how to prepare it as a tea
here, and
here it lists alot of other valuable things about it.
all in all i have to say the dandelion is my most favourite herb.
