As of the other day, I am now rid of 10 kilos! WOOT!!!
Still a few to go, but I am finding that my diet and exercise are enjoyable enough so I'll be doing this for a while yet.
Gonna get an exercise bike so I can do a little bit in the early evening to give me that added little something to keep the weight loss going.
Ironic that I am actually eating MORE than I used to (healthy stuff too) .. but this time I am not sitting on my arse, I am exercising!!!
That's so essential to weight loss.
My muscles are building up, so 10kilos is a mean feat!
