To each his/her own, but I've learnt that education, a healthy diet and exercising more is the key to weight loss that's healthy.
I've lost over ten kilos, gained lots of muscle and have never felt fitter!
Personally I'd never attempt the pills, but if someone wants to, hey that's their business :)
