Nothing yet and its set to get worse
Heavy rain and thunderstorms are set to sweep across the South East on Friday, bringing flash floods and travel chaos.
Up to three inches of rain coupled with violent thunderstorms are likely to rattle the region during late morning and lunchtime before heading north.
East Anglia is especially at risk.
Sky News weather forecaster Isobel Lang said: "It has been fairly quiet recently but I'm concerned that we could see torrential downpours in the South East, especially East Anglia.
"Once they get going we could see three inches or more rain in some places. Flash flooding is a possibility."
The Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for south eastern counties.
But it said it was difficult to forecast where the heaviest rain would fall.
The Met Office statement said: "The Met Office is forecasting an area of heavy and thundery rain to develop across NE France during Thursday night.
"This will move northwards to affect parts of SE England Friday morning, before spreading erratically into eastern England later in the day, decaying later Friday night.
"Due to the thundery nature of the rain, precise locations of the heaviest rain are difficult to specify at this time.
"However, there is a high risk of rainfall totals of 25 to 50mm of rain across parts of SE England and eastern England during this period, with localised totals of up to 80mm possible."
