what do you do to de-stress?
I've never really had a lot of stress and when I did it was fairly easy to let it go. Have a rough/stressful day at work; come home and relax. simple. But lately I haven't been able to relax. I find myself in a bad mood and yelling and screaming at people. Until recently I've never had a problem holding my temper. but lately people are just pissing me off. lol I know, or at least I'm hoping, that most of the stress causing things will be gone or at least better by the end of the month. and the major point of stress will be gone by Tuesday when I quit my job. I hate the thought of becoming one of those people that is always cynical and pessimistic. I'm beginning to realize what makes people that way and it's depressing!!! **think happy thoughts**think happy thoughts**think happy thoughts**think happy thoughts**think happy thoughts** LOL
hmm maybe I should have put this in the whine line. lol sorry

for me it's video-games and beer -- the more violent the better
my lovely wife knows that if i close the den-door that its better to leave me to my own devices.....

Sit in a hot bubble bath and drink a glass of wine.
If the stress is really bad, you can sit in there with a bowl of chocolate ice cream.
If the STRESS IS REALLY BAD, hell, I turn to the hard liquor!!!!!!!
