I am in the process of revamping the rules. There will be no changes, per se, but I am hoping to make things much clearer for the future.

To put it bluntly, we have WAY too many people breaking the posting rules here, and the mods are getting tired of dealing with it. So, I am taking the time to post the rules again. After you read these rules, hit the "thanks" button so I know you have read them.

This is no drill, there will be no practice runs. MODS ARE GOING TO START BANNING PEOPLE THAT BREAK THE RULES. Let it be known that we (yes, even me) do not want to do this, but we refuse to let Don get in trouble because people can not adhere to the rules.

If you have any gripes or complaints about these rules, you won't be able to post them here because I will be locking this thread when I am done with it. Do not start any new threads about the rules, as they will be deleted and you will be warned. If you have any questions, email them to me at hubbyofshy@yahoo.com . I will address them as they arise.

There will be a warning system that we will be working on. Knite has volunteered to keep this list up-to-date (thanks Knite). This list will have poster's name, infraction, and action taken on it. He will also contact you via pm if you are a senior member, or via email if it is available.

Here is the scale:

First offense - post edited / deleted, poster warned
Second offense - post edited / deleted, strike two
Third offense - post edited / deleted, one day temp ban
Fourth offense - post edited / deleted, three day temp ban
Fifth offense - post edited / deleted, five day temp ban
Sixth offense - post edited / deleted, permaban

Certain offenses, kiddy porn etc, will be bannable immediately.

As you can see, we are trying not to ban people. Use your head, read the rules, don't be an asshole, and everything will be fine.

New Federal regulations which took effect on 6/23/2005 effectively state that I require proof of age for each and every "sexually explicit" image which appears on my website. This rule is commonly referred to as 2257. The language is vague as it would apply to images posted on this board, but I have no intention of finding myself at risk - which means, I am implementing the following rules.

All pictures which are of a "actual sexually explicit conduct" are banned. The problem is that no government entity has ever defined "actual sexually explicit conduct" so that I can say to you what exactly is "actual sexually explicit conduct", so we have to be very restrictive.

What is not o.k.:

Any direct contact with genitallia. For my purposes, this includes oral sex, anal sex, armpit sex, handjobs, and of course - fucking. If the pic is one where they are doing this, but you cannot see the cock or cunt, then it's o.k. as they are probably simulating intercourse.
Any masturbation including self-masturbation and assisted masturbation.
Any "pink spread" pics where the woman is sexually explicit in spreading her beautiful pink pussy for you. If she is "simply nude" and you can see her pussy, that is fine - for now.
Any bodily fluids - i.e. semen, piss, whatever.
Any photo or video content whatsoever that involves anyone under the age of 18. I don't care if it's beach, bikini, or girlfriend pics. If it's on this site and involves a minor, it needs to go.

What is o.k.?

Simple nudity - someone standing there nude where the simple picture shows no "actual sexually explicit conduct" is fine.
"Visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct" - whatever the fuck that means... but, in my mind - if you cannot see the cock or cunt, it's o.k. (so body slamming pictures is fine)
Hair Pie is fine, but "pink spread" is not.
Vintage content - defined as content created before July 3, 1995.
"Cartoon" porn (so long as the subjects are obviously over 18) are fine, so long as it doesn't interfere with the other standards on this board.
Links to other websites are fine, regardless of the type of content or picture (with reasonable exceptions).

Posters who link to other websites are fine. I'm not concerned with the content on other sites within reason, just what gets posted on mine. Even if I don't really host the pics (they are hotlinked to another site), I just can't take the risk here, don't post them.

If a post contains pictures which do not meet these guidelines, you will be warned on the first offense and we will escalate it from there. These new rules will remain in effect forever, so it's just the way it is now. It might change somewhat if there's a court ruling, but for now and until I say so - this is what it is.

These rules are secondary, but they are still to be be followed. Any deviations from these rules will be followed by deletion of posts, warning to poster, and the banning. (Or right to banning with no warning if it is serious enough.)

The following topics are unacceptable on this board:
-pedophilia (kiddy porn)
-beastiality (animal porn)
-scat (shit porn)
-necrophilia (dead people porn)
or any variations or simulations of the above.

If you are posting a thread and you think the pics in it are close to the edge, pm a mod about it.

If you are posting a thread with things other than mainstream images -- ie gay or shemale pictures, etc-- put a tag in the title that tips people off. That way, when someone sees (shemale) or (gay) in the title, they know what to expect, or just stay the hell out of the thread.

Don't start a fight with mods. Having a disagreement is fine. Repeting the same dumb statement with them is not acceptable though.

These rules are for everyone. Posters, mods and admins.

I'm sorry, you guys are right on that. If they are in a "clean" album area - they are fine...

If they are in a board which is intended to be in adult audiences (i.e. the Naughty Album), I'd say split them into a clean forum.
