I do between 3km - 7km most mornings on eliptical trainer and do some workouts on total body gym thing.
I try to watch what i eat, and am geting better at that.
Most of my family are fat, rellos even distant cussins. Aparently we have a "fat gene" that makes it hard to lose weght.
Dunno if its medicaly true or if my family are telling porkies (no pun intended lol)
It was good advise and even when you know these things sometimes reading it from from someone else makes it stick ifyou know what i mean?
